Our History

Zibo Haichen Composite Materials Co.,Ltd.(formerly Shandong Haibo Composite Materials Co.,Ltd.) was founded in 1992 and is located in Zibo City, Shandong Province,China.Haichen Composite is specialized in the production and development of composite insulation products.

Our Factory

Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters,owing 15 advanced hydraulic press and max press is 3000 tons.We also have CNC machine and surface grinding machine for sheet machining component part production.

We have a variety of molding process means, such as molding, pultrusion, injection molding, blister, hand-made glass fiber reinforced products.

We are glad to accept customer’s product design and customer’s requirements and will choose the most appropriate production solutions,striving to provide customers with a full range of systematic services.

Our Product

Our main products are SMC Fiberglass Insulation Sheet,GPO-3(UP GM203)Glass mat Insulation Sheet,and various SMC molded products, such as SMC medical enclosure/Shell,SMC Automobile exterior parts and other products.Our annual supply of composite material is over 3000tons.

Our max size for UP GM203/GPO-3 and SMC sheet is 1250x2500mm and max thickness is 60mm.We are glas to accept customized sheet size.

Product Application

We are one stop shop of GPO-3/ UPGM203 and SMC Insulation sheet in different size and thickness,our machining component parts and FRP pultruded profile such as rod,square rectangle,trapezoid and dog bone profile have been widely used in rail transitnew energy (wind energy,solar energy and nuclear ennrgy), power transmission such as high-voltage electrical equipment(high-voltage soft start cabinet,high-voltage SVG),large and medium generators(hydraulic generator and turbo-bynam generator) ,special electric motors(traction motors,metallurgical crane motors,rolling motors),dry type transformers.Our SMC Moulded enclosures are widely used in medical treatment,auto and road administration construction and other fields.

To achieve the best quality of the product, we have passed ISO9001 and ISO14001,and we also send our sheet to China professional testing institution CEMT getting the testing report of electrical property and mechanical property.We also test our sheet and pass authoritative organization's authentication report, such as RoHS and Reach certificate.

We have automatic sheet moulding compound batching equipment.12 advanced hydraulic press and max press is 3000 tons.6 CNC machines and 2 surface grinding machine.
